Mahindra Satyam hosts ‘Oracle MENA Customer Roundtable 2010’ in UAE

Mahindra Satyam, the brand name of Satyam Computer Services Ltd., a leading global consulting and IT services provider, envisages Middle East companies can achieve competitive advantage by leveraging next generation applications. With an aim to share with existing customers, prospects, partners about its competency on some of the acquired products of Oracle and Fusion Middleware stack, the company hosted yesterday (October 24, 2010) the 'Oracle MENA Customer Roundtable 2010', at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Dubai. Under its innovative signature theme - 'New World. New Possibilities', the event discussed how a re-energized Mahindra Satyam now looks at the 'New World' and innovates to create value for its stakeholders. Further, eminent speakers from Oracle and Mahindra Satyam, shared their success stories.

The event focused on four key aspects: 'CRM Services on Siebel and CRM on Demand', 'Corporate Performance Management using Hyperion', 'Application Development services using Enterprise 2.0 Services (Web Center, ADF, Portals, UCM, IDM and OBIEE)', and 'Enterprise Business Integration Services using Oracle SOA Suite'. Speakers at the event included senior Mahindra Satyam executives - Manojeet Chowdhury (Vice President & Head of MENA Region), V Srinivasa Rao (Vice President and Global Head of Oracle Practice), Ramkumar Vardharajan (Consultant - Corporate Performance Management), Madhavi Puranam (Asst. VP & Head - Fusion Middleware Practice) and Sankar Raman (VP & Delivery Head – MEA). In addition, twenty industry leaders from leading companies in UAE such as ENBD, Sorouh, TDIC, Dubai Silicon Oasis and others participated in the roundtable.
