5.5-magnitude earthquake hits China’s Sichuan

ALBAWABA- A 5.5-magnitude earthquake struck Gaoxian County in Yibin City, Sichuan Province, southwest China, early Monday at 0:12 a.m. local time, according to seismic authorities. The shallow quake, recorded at a depth of about 6 kilometres, caused minor structural damage and sent residents rushing out of homes, hotels, and restaurants in panic.
