In a continuous effort to implement the highest standard of service, Marina West Real Estate Company has signed a strata management agreement with BCS Bahrain for its Beachfront developments. the strata management is known as Body Corporate Management in Australia, and here in Bahrain it is known as 'Owners Association Management’ which refers to the day to day running of the administrative, financial and secretarial aspects of the Owners Association, in addition to arranging the maintenance and upkeep of the common areas and facilities owned by the Owners Association.
