According to the French sport daily newspaper <i>L'Equip</i>, the Moroccan young international striker, Marouane Chemmakh, currently playing in Bordeaux, expressed his wish to leave the club. The newspaper quoted the Moroccan player as saying that he wants to leave Bordeaux and that inevitably he does not see himself playing in this club next season.
However, reports <i>Yabiladi</i>, following last week's match between Bordeaux and Marseilles (3-3), the president of Bordeaux, Jean-Louis Triaud, asserted that certain players in the team were "un-transferable", mentioning in this respect Marouane Chemmakh’s name, whose contract with Bordeaux ends in 2009.
<i>L'Equip</i> had also recently estimated that the transfer fee of Chemmakh would be eight million euros.
