Bahraini and Saudi healthcare professionals began a two-year Master of Science in Quality in Healthcare Management programme by the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland at the Medical University of Bahrain (RCSI-MUB) campus in Seef area.
The program was developed to meet the ever increasing need for highly skilled healthcare quality and safety practitioners.
The participants, who come from a wide variety of healthcare professions, are learning to deliver high quality patient care, safety and satisfaction, as well as ensuring overall effectiveness and efficiency. The aim is for them to implement these values at their respective healthcare organisations, thereby helping to improve the overall quality of the profession in their countries.
