Dubai, July 18, 2006: The UAE Ministry of Economy has approved the amendment of the company name Arab International Logistics (AIL) to ARAMEX PJSC, in accordance with the Ministerial Order No 332 for the year 2006.
The Ministry’s approval was based on a decision taken during an Extraordinary Meeting of the company’s shareholders held on May 17, 2006 and approving the amendment of the company’s name to ARAMEX PJSC.
