Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development (MBRCLD) has announced that it has recently participated in the 7th Annual Duke Corporate Education Roundtable in the US, wherein MBRCLD offered its insights and experiences in implementing Duke CE's specialized programs and services. In addition, MBRCLD participated in discussions of critical issues, provided inputs and shared best practices in the area of leadership development during the annual gathering of senior government and business leaders from all over the world.
Adel Al Shared, Executive Chairman of MBRCLD, and Awadh Seghayer Al-Ketbi, MBRCLD CEO, represented MBRCLD during the high-profile meeting. The ideas and concepts generated from the discussions will be used by Duke CE in enhancing the delivery of services and programs to its global clientele of corporate organizations.

MBRCLD's discussed at the Roundtable its achievements in supervising various leadership development programs in the UAE, including the Mohammed Bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development (MBRPLD), UAE Women Leadership Program (UAEWLP), Elite Program, and Hamdan Bin Mohammed Program for Sports Leadership Development (HBMPSLD). The MBRCLD representatives also talked about MBRCLD's strategy to achieve its ultimate goal of ensuring the continuous development of competent leaders in both the private and public sectors of Dubai and the rest of the UAE.
