Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development (MBRCLD) has announced that it has recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Dubai Autism Centre, formalising MBRCLD's support of the Centre's activities as part of its expanding corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The agreement was signed by Awadh Seghayer Al-Ketbi, CEO of MBRPLD, and Mohammed Al Emadi, Board Member and Director General of Dubai Autism Centre.
The partnership with Dubai Autism Centre opens a new avenue for MBRCLD to complement its leadership development programs with practical social initiatives that provide program participants an ideal platform to connect and interact with various segments of the society.
Awadh Seghayer Al-Ketbi, CEO of MBRPLD said: "There is great potential for MBRCLD to be more actively involved in social initiatives that impact and help improve the lives of different members of the society. Through our partnership with Dubai Autism Centre and with other like-minded institutions, we aim to help create greater awareness about the importance of CSR and set the standard for excellence in this noble undertaking for other organisations in the UAE to emulate. Furthermore, this move will be an important step that will enable the participants of our leadership development programs to become more attuned to the social concerns and issues affecting Dubai and the rest of the country."
Mohammed Al Emadi, Board Member and Director General of Dubai Autism Centre, said: "The memorandum of understanding signed with MBRCLD will significantly boost the performance of Dubai Autism Centre. It is very heart warming and reassuring to know that the participants of MBRCLD's leadership development programs, who are destined to be the future leaders of our society, are themselves strongly committed and actively involved in supporting socially relevant initiatives."
