The National Federation of Travel Agencies in Morocco (FNAVM), has recently held its Annual General meeting at the Tikida Garden hotel in Marrakech under the title "national tourism - a priority."
The meeting was chaired by the representatives of the district of Marrakech and the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism, and attended by more than 120 traveling agents from all over Morocco.
<i>EMarrakech</i> reports that the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism called on the traveling agents to join the general strategy of the Ministry, which aims at setting up adequate development plans for each area (including lodging facilities, recreation spaces, attractions and etc.), and aims at creating a better tourist environment in terms of cleanliness, safety, preventing harassment, professionalism of staff etc.
