Morocco’s port authority (ODEP) is planning to invest $275 million in infrastructure and equipment over the next five years, reports said, with an increase of Dh1.8 billion compared to the previous five-year program.

Just over 44 percent of the funds will go to the Port of Casablanca, which hosts over 40 percent of Morocco's port traffic.
According to official figures, the ODEP is predicting an increase of 8.9 percent in port traffic volume in 2001 with a turnover of Dh2 billion – Albawaba.com
