The Moroccan Foreign Minister, Mohammed Ben Issa left Wednesday the Libyan capital of Tripoli after a visit to this state. The Moroccan minister conveyed a letter to the Libyan leader from King Mohammed VI of Morocco.
According to JANA, Morocco's top diplomat was seen off at the International Tripoli Airport by the assistant secretary of the Maghreb Arab Union at the Libyan Foreign Ministry and ambassador and staff of the Moroccan embassy to Libya.
