Morocco's King Mohammed VI said he was convinced the visit, next January to the country, of King Juan Carlos of Spain would give a fresh impetus to bilateral relations.
“I am convinced that the state visit you and Queen Dona Sofia are going to pay to Morocco, in January, will provide a new and precious opportunity to consolidate the traditional ties uniting us, and uniting our two royal houses, by giving a fresh impetus to the excellent relations existing between Morocco and Spain,” the King said in a congratulation message he sent to the Spanish monarch on the occasion of his country’s national day.
The King added that this visit would “raise to an exemplary strategic partnership level” these relations that “will have a beneficial impact on the two countries and on security, peace and development of our region and our Euro-Mediterranean space.” (Albawaba.com)
