The Motor Trade Company (MTC) proudly announces its cooperation with the World Economic Forum as official partner for the second year running. The exclusive dealer of the German premium car brand Audi provided the guests and participants of World Economic Forum with a fleet of 15 Audi A6 in total for this year’s event held at the Dead Sea.
Alongside many other awards, the Audi A6 has been awarded the inaugural title of "World Car of the Year" by a panel of renowned international motoring journalists earlier this year, leaving its 35 rivals from all categories trailing in its dust.
"We see the World Economic Forum as one of the most important international events, from which all sectors of the national economy will benefit. Therefore we are delighted to contribute to the success of the event and support the forum's organizers, guests, and participants with our cars." said Mr. Zahi Masri, MTC's chairman. He also adds "The cooperation with the World Economic Forum represents an excellent opportunity for MTC to further establish Audis position in the premium segment and confirm its commitment to its customers." In spite of difficult economic context, the Audi brand increased its sales in the Kingdom by 85.7% in 2004 and sets a new sales record in 2004 for the eleventh year in succession: an increase of 1.2 percent to 779,441 vehicles worldwide.
