National Commercial Bank launches Shariah-compliant Visa Platinum Credit Card

National Commercial Bank (NCB), one of the first and most prominent banks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has launched its latest Sharia-compliant premium credit card – The Visa Platinum Credit Card.  The Platinum Credit Card is available in two separate loyalty schemes:  Bonus (Cash Back) and Amyali (air miles). Cardholders can choose the scheme that best suits them, according to their lifestyle.

The launch of the Visa Platinum Credit Card represents the strong relationship between NCB and Visa, the global leader in electronic payments. In addition to the loyalty program offered by NCB, the Visa Platinum card offers very attractive travel insurance benefits of up to USD 200,000, Visa Global Assistance Services and also benefits from the convenience and security of a Visa card which is accepted at over 30 million outlets in 170 countries around the world.

National Commercial Bank (NCB) was the first to be established in the Kingdom, commencing its operations in December 1953 with an initial paid-up capital of SAR 30 million.
