Netanyahu will personally attend Gaza summit in Egypt

ALBAWABA - Israeli media reported Monday that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will join U.S. President Donald Trump and attend the peace summit on Gaza in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt.

Moreover, the Egyptian presidency also confirmed the attendance of Israel's Netanyahu at the scheduled summit that will declare the end of the two-year war in Gaza. 

French President Emmanuel Macron landed in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, to attend the Gaza Summit today, October 13, 2025.

Palestinian President Mahmud Abbas will also join the peace summit in Egypt on Monday, Macron told the press.

An Egyptian presidential spokesman said Saturday that Egypt will host an international summit in the Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh on Monday to finalize an agreement aimed at ending the war in the Gaza Strip.

The spokesman added in a statement that the summit will be attended by more than 20 leaders, including US President Donald Trump and Jordanian King Abdullah II.
