New oil reserves were lately discovered in Talsint (eastern Morocco) by US oil-prospecting company “Lone Star Energy”, Maghreb Arabe Presse (MAP) reported, quoting reports published by the Moroccan economic weekly “La Vie Economique”.
According to the French speaking paper, the new reserves are more important than those of gas found by the US firm, noting that the company has so far invested some $41.5 million in oil prospecting and is very optimistic over the kingdom's potential -- Albawaba.com
