Reiterating its commitment to customers and partners in one of its fastest growing market in the world, Cisco®, the worldwide leader in networking for the Internet, will host a two day event titled ‘CiscoX’ on November 19-20. The event will bring together regional business leaders and pioneering technology adopters and implementers under one roof, to share knowledge, ideas and best practices.
The event follows Cisco’s international reporting of Q4 and fiscal-year results for the period ended July 29, 2006. The company fared extremely well in the Middle East and Africa, with the region delivering an impressive 56 per cent record growth in FY 2006, over the same period the previous year.
“CiscoX is our way of thanking our customers for their confidence and support and our partners for their commitment and efforts. CiscoX will be held at Mina Al Salam Hotel, and will witness participation from over 500 senior business and technology executives representing Cisco customers and partners from all over the Middle East. They will experience with Cisco best-of-breed solutions and technologies and at the same time, be acknowledged for their support and contributions.
Also, CiscoX will server as a venue for customers and partners to share their networking and communications learning and best practices amongst each other with a view to showcasing the best the region has to offer. Above all, the event will be a celebration of the regions success in transforming itself into a leading global technology adopter and innovator.
