ALBAWABA - Niger coup leaders have accused France of having intentions to 'intervene militarily' in the country.
Coup leaders added that France's foreign minister approved a document allowing the military to launch attacks on the presidential palace to liberate the President of Niger Mohamed Bazoum.
On 26 July, a coup took place in Niger, where presidential guards arrested President Bazoum and announced presidential guard commander General Abdourahamane Tchiani as the leader of a new military junta.
