J.D. Power recently released their latest edition of the Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) Study, where 5 of Nissan’s and Infiniti’s vehicles ranked highest in their categories.
The Infiniti M, soon to be released in Middle East markets, ranked highest in the midsize premium car segment, beating stiff competition. The Infiniti QX56 also placed first in the large premium sport utility segment.
The Nissan Murano, the most popular cross-over in the region, ranked highest in the midsize sport utility category, while the Armada and Titan ranked highest in the large sport utility and best pickup categories respectively.
“All Nissan and Infiniti vehicles are built to the highest specifications possible” commented Monal Zeidan, Senior Manager, Marketing and Corporate Communications Departments at Nissan Middle East. “We have built a great following globally and particularly in the region, and our products are constantly improving to meet customers’ demands. These Top 5 finishes only solidify our commitment in offering the best products to the market.”
The survey was based on answers by more than 63,000 owners of 2006 model cars and trucks after the first 90 days of ownership. The study measures the owner’s assessment of the vehicle’s performance relative to owning and driving experience. Both Nissan and Infiniti also ranked above the industry average for customer satisfaction.
