Nuqul Group, in partnership with Shabakat Al Ordon, graduates its 275 youth network in the adopted Al Koura district

Under the patronage of Mr. Marwan Juma'a, Minister of Information and Communication Technology and in collaboration with Shabakat Al Ordon, Nuqul Group recently held the graduation ceremony for its trained 275 youth network in Al Koura district. The event which took place at Deir Abi Sa'eed School for girls, acknowledged the work of participants who successfully completed an extensive one year training program followed by the implementation of 452 on the ground projects resulting in tangible impact affecting 2,751 beneficiaries.
This milestone achievement was attended by all participants and community members along with Nuqul Group employees and Shabakat Al Ordun’s team. Guided by Nuqul Group’s vision, the network created a strong platform which will be developed in the coming year to ensure long term sustainability.
On this occasion, His Excellency Mr. Marwan Juma'a stressed on the importance of activating the role of the youth in the Information Technology field, as a tool for positive change in all aspects of their lives. His Excellency also praised Shabakat Al Ordon’s efforts that focus on accelerating social and economic growth and development in local communities.
The minister also stressed on Nuqul Group’s role in encouraging young individuals by supporting their projects and establishing training programs as part of the Group’s corporate social responsibility efforts that aim at achieving sustainable development.
During the ceremony, Nuqul Group rewarded all innovative students and announced three winning projects based on the program’s criteria and screening process. The first project was recognized for its highest number of beneficiaries and entailed the development of the existing information technology center at Deir Abi Sa’eed’s knowledge station benefiting 101 young individuals. The second project was identified for its sustainable nature and involved the training of over 40 students on electricity, carpentry, and blacksmithing skills which will effectively activate vocational training in the area. The third project organized an awareness campaign targeting 40 parents of physically challenged kids and had substantial impact affecting those families.
On this occasion, Mr. Nidal Eses, CEO of Nuqul Group said: “Nuqul Group’s journey in Al Koura is witnessing stronger impact, our network worked hard and we will be growing together to achieve the right positive change.”
