An official Jordanian source on Wednesday denied that Jordan’s Prince Hassan bin Talal, the uncle of King Abdullah II, would head a committee of Arab experts to reform the 22-member Arab League.
"Reports that spoke of Prince Hassan bin Talal taking responsibility for reforms at the Arab League are not true," the official was quoted as saying by Al Rai.
Arab League officials said in Egypt on Tuesday that Prince Hassan was expected to head a team of Arab political and legal experts in reforming the organization. (Albawaba.com)
