The Iraqi ministry of oil secretary Taha Hammoud has announced that the ministry will send an Iraqi consultation delegation to Jordan to discuss the establishment of an oil pipeline between the two states, Arabicnews.com reported.
In press statements, Hamoud was quoted by the news service as saying that the Jordanian side is studying the project and has made contacts with several international companies seeking technical aids.
He expressed his country's readiness to provide the necessary technical aids to Jordan to erect this line which will be at a cost of $ 350 million in order to transport Iraqi crude oil to the Jordanian oil refinery in al-Zarqa – Albawaba.com
