Oman Air to Open Office in Doha

Oman Air, the national carrier of the sultanate, will in three weeks open its office in the Qatari capital, an official from the told the Gulf Times Sunday. 

Abdul Wahid al-Hashmy, the airline's first manager to be appointed in Qatar, was quoted by the daily as saying "the office would have its own staff to upgrade the services to the traveling public and the travel trade." 

From Muscat, the airline serves 13 overseas destinations, and is currently considering the introduction of its services to some European countries, the official said -- Albawaba.com
