Oman's Sultan Qaboos bin Said has issued Royal Decree No. 61/2004 establishing a Tourism Ministry and appointing its Minister. Article One of the Decree states that a Tourism Ministry shall be established and it appoints Rajha bint Abdul-Ameer as a Tourism Minister.
