Maqbool bin Ali Sultan, Oman's Commerce and Industry Minister has said the Ministry is inclined to issue the new law regarding commercial companies in Oman.
According to ONA, during a meeting he held with the chairmen of boards of Omani joint stock companies at the capital market authority Saturday, the Minister said the new law would include several amendments meant to illustrate some important aspects of the commercial companies' activities.
