Two battalions from the 23rd Infantry Brigade (Bde) executed a tactical exercise Wednesday in the context of a training plan designed to upgrade combat capabilities of the Brigade Personnel.
Muscat and Jabal regiments with supporting units carried out the exercise in the presence of Major General Said bin Nasser al Salmi, Commander of the Royal Army of Oman (RAO) and Brigadier Mohamed bin Rashid al Shibli, the Brigade Commander. The exercise involved a quick attack on notional objectives.
