Yousef bin Alawi bin Abdullah, Omani Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs received in Muscat Monday Dr. Mohammed Mahdi Saleh, Trade Minister of Iraq with his accompanying delegation who are currently paying a visit to the Sultanate.
During the meeting, bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and means of enriching them were discussed.
The two sides also reviewed other matters, current regional and international developments and matters of mutual interest, ONA said.
The meeting was attended by Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamoud, Foreign Ministry Undersecretary, Ahmed bin Yousef al-Harthy, head of Arab department, Talib bin Miran al-Raisi, head of International Organisations and Conferences, Salim bin Rajab BaOmar, head of the Minister's office department, Mohammed bin Ahmed al-Sabah, Sultanate's Charg d' Affairs in Baghdad and Iraq's Ambassador to the Sultanate.
