Oman's Sultan Qaboos bin Said Tuesday issued a Royal Decree No. 29/2004 appointing Brigadier Abdullah bin Saif bin Ali al Abri, as an Advisor at the Office of the Secretary-General of the Royal Court Affairs. According to ONA, the decree will be published in the official Gazette and takes effect from its date of issue.
