Oman's foreign minister, Youssef bin Alawi arrived in Riyadh Monday for talks with Saudi officials on enhancing bilateral ties, reported the Oman Observer newspaper Tuesday.
Alawi is due to hold talks Tuesday with Crown Primce Abdullah bin Abdelaziz and other senior officials, said the paper.
Prior to his departure, Alawai told Oman News Agency (ONA) that his visit came within the context of consultations and meetings between the Sultanate and Saudi Arabia.
He added that talks will also tackle regional issues, mainly the Middle East peace process -- Albawaba.com
