THE One Qatar recently teamed up with Hamad Hospital for the fourth year in a row to host a blood donation clinic in celebration of World Blood Donor Day, held every year on June 14.
Although millions of donors give blood to help others, many people still cannot get safe blood when they need it. In an effort to help raise awareness of the need for more support, THE One team called on their home fashion fans to help them spread some love and make a difference through blood donation.
With Hamad Hospital’s Mobile Blood Bank parked right in front of THE One’s Landmark Mall Theatre, over 30 ‘Onederworkers’ and 10 brave fans volunteered to part with their precious lifeblood, joining millions of people around the world in helping individuals they will never meet.
Hoping that next year’s event will be an even bigger success, THE One Qatar tribe would like to thank all who so generously participated in helping them Change the World Together one pint at a time!
