Experts of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) will meet July 8th-9th in Algiers, Algerian energy and mines minister, Chakib Khellil, said Monday.
The meeting will pave the way for a summit of OPEC heads of state set for September 29 in Caracas.
The summit, which is to examine the cartel's future role, will be preceded by meetings September 26th-27th of OPEC member states' foreign, finance and energy ministers – ALGIERS (AFP)
