Emaar Properties PJSC has recorded one of the most successful sales of residential and commercial property this year with the launch of Burj Place within Downtown Burj Dubai. Sale of serviced residences and commercial space within the elegantly designed Burj Place community was held in four locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi simultaneously to meet the growing demand.
The overwhelming customer response to Burj Place highlighted the success of Emaar’s sales and marketing strategy of creating more sales points for customers to interact with Emaar staff. It also reaffirms Emaar’s pioneering sales and marketing initiatives and prompt delivery schedule.
Mr Saif Al Mansoori, Sales Director, Emaar Properties, said: “The strong sale of Burj Place reiterates customer trust in Emaar’s ability to create integrated lifestyle neighbourhoods and timely delivery. The customer response for Burj Place also underscores Downtown Burj Dubai’s appeal as the most-sought after destination for homes and offices in Dubai. Burj Place enjoys the strategic location advantage of being in close proximity to Burj Dubai, the world’s tallest building, and The Dubai Mall, one of the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destinations.”
Emaar showcased Burj Place homes and offices at four sales points in Emaar Business Park, Downtown Burj Dubai Sales Center and Burj Dubai Sales Centre in Dubai, and the newly opened Abu Dhabi Sales Centre, which recorded sell-out response with its very first launch event. Customers could choose from spacious studios and one-or two-bedroom serviced apartments and commercial space in the 55-storey two-tower Burj Place. All inventory offered for sale were picked up by customers.
Mr Al Mansouri added: “Burj Place features residential, commercial, retail and recreational elements, and is directly linked to the Dubai Metro and Burj Dubai Tram. While the homes are elegant and feature-rich, the commercial space is stylish and sleek with state-of-the-art business amenities.”
Appealing to a larger cross-section of residents and visitors is the Nuran Serviced Residences, which will operate at Burj Place. Residents also have direct access to an array of amenities including tennis court, a landscaped pool deck with health & fitness facilities, retail outlets and a state-of-the-art business centre. The podium tower that connects the two Burj Place towers adds to the retail and leisure options with several retail stores and restaurants & cafes.
Burj Place is part of the vibrant Downtown Burj Dubai community, where three hotels – Al Manzil, Qamardeen and The Palace, The Old Town – are already functioning. Souk Al Bahar, a shopping mall inspired by Arabesque architectural elements, offers visitors several retail options and a choice of exclusive food & beverage outlets. Downtown Burj Dubai is the AED 73 billion (US$20 billion) mega flagship project of Emaar, described as the ‘most prestigious square kilometre on Earth.
