The Palestinian Minister of Interior, Maj. Gen. Nassr Yousef, pledged Friday to stop the rocket attacks of Palestinian groups against Israeli targets in the Gaza Strip.
According to RNA, Yousef's said, after meeting with Palestinian security chiefs in the southern Gaza Strip city of Khan Younis to discuss means to halt the mortar and rocket barrage against Jewish settlements and Israeli army outposts in the Strip, that the PA will do its best to stop them and maintain the current calm.
"We will not allow the continuous launching of these rockets whatever the circumstances are, and will do our best to stop them with any means necessary," Maj. Gen. Yousef conveyed.
