A Pakistani suspected of killing five taxi-drivers by lacing their drinks with pesticide has been arrested in the Gulf emirate of Abu Dhabi, the interior ministry said Sunday.
It said the suspect, arrested on Thursday, had confessed to poisoning the drivers, also Pakistanis, to steal their money. The pesticide used in soft drinks caused death by cardiac arrest within six minutes.
