Palestinian PM laments Arab failure regarding Jerusalem

Palestinian prime minister Ahmed Qurei attacked Arab nations for failing to support the Palestinians in their attempts to loosen Israel's hold over east Jerusalem.

"Jerusalem is in danger and the Arab world says nothing, it has not said outright 'enough, that's a red line'," Qurei told a conference in the West Bank city of Ramallah organized by the religious affairs ministry.

"Everyday, Jewish extremists make calls to overrun the Al-Aqsa mosque and all we have heard (from the Arab world) are faint-hearted words with no expression of support," he stated, according to AFP.
