Just four months after opening its doors, Park Hyatt Jeddah has been awarded the ‘Best Innovative Concept – Hospitality Award’ at the third annual Middle East Hospitality Expansion Congress (MEHEC) in Abu Dhabi.
The awards - attended by leading hospitality industry leaders - took place from November 22 and November 23, 2009 and highlighted success stories spanning practices, innovation, individual and architectural efforts of the highest caliber, acknowledging hospitality initiatives that have broken new ground.
“Hyatt is proud to be one of the first international hotelier to bring discreet, contemporary luxury to the Kingdom,” said Thierry Bertin, vice president sales and marketing, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts – South West Asia.
Bertin added, “We are delighted the industry’s leaders recognised the innovative design concept of Park Hyatt Jeddah at the MEHEC awards.”
The 142-room Park Hyatt Jeddah Marina, Club and Spa - located in the heart of the city in the Al Hamra District at the Equestrian Club of Jeddah - is a sanctuary where contemporary luxury and exceptional service meet unrivalled views of the Red Sea and the King Fahd Fountain.
