Preparations for the evacuation of residents and rebels from eastern Aleppo are complete, the Syrian state news agency SANA reported Thursday.
It is the first formal statement from the government that the deal will move ahead.
The statement referred to "terrorists and their families," saying they will travel from Ramouse, in the south of the rebel pocket, to the Aleppo countryside, an area under the control of the armed opposition.
