President of Algeria, Abdelaziz Bouteflika underlined Monday that his country "has spared no effort to cover HIV-AIDS infection nationwide." In his opening speech at the international meeting organized to mark World AIDS Day, President Bouteflika also pointed out that "Algeria spared no effort in favour of a permanent regional and international plea, especially for Africa."
According to APS, the Algerian leader said that Algeria "has taken an active part in all important initiatives and events devoted to the fight against HIV-AIDS."
