Algeria's President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, on his two-day working and inspection visit to Annaba, Saturday laid the foundation stone for the construction of a computing and telecommunication equipment manufacturing unit in Seybouse industrial park. Initiated in keeping with private investment, this unit will produce computers, telephones, ADSL modems and electronic cards, APS reported.
