In a move that reflects the intention to increase its presence in the region, P&T Architects and Engineers Ltd., a Hong Kong based international Consultant employing over 1,100 staff around the world, has recently relocated its new offices to the Dubai Health Care Centre (DHCC) free zone.
James Abbott, Group Director of P & T in Dubai, commented,” Over the past two years, P&T have witnessed a significant expansion in their client base, their services offered, and the number of employees servicing an expanding international market. The relocation of the new offices at DHCC reflects the continued strategic importance of the region to P&T as we extend our reach throughout the Middle East with local clients and overseas investors. We have at present 46 staff and we anticipate at least 70% expansion in our new office over the next year."
P&T is Hong Kong based and the firm’s origins date back to Palmer and Turner established there in 1868. In1982 the P&T Group was formed to enable expansion in both disciplines and areas of service. P&T is one of the largest and most famous Architect and Engineering Consultants in the Far East and have been responsible for many landmark high-rise buildings in the region.

In 2004, the P&T was firmly established in the UAE with a number of high profile projects including City of Arabia, one of the largest private development projects in the region and a key part of Dubailand. This was followed by a massive residential development in Ajman on the Corniche, a distinctive project in Abu Dhabi, a tower in Dubai Business Bay and recently a hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. They are now working in 4 out of the 7 Emirates of the UAE.
