ALBAWABA - Putin revealed his thoughts after his address at the BRICS Business Forum in Moscow to BRICS media leaders. He called for new development centers focused on expert perspectives, especially for BRICS and the Global South.

Putin predicted strong economic development for India, China, Russia, and Saudi Arabia, which would boost their political power. He said that BRICS nations make up 45% of the world's population and 33% of its GDP, surpassing the G7.

Putin said that mankind cannot survive without the BRICS countries, which dominate in different industries. He said that BRICS was founded on common ideals and mutual respect, not to fight other groups. He observed that each of the 10 member nations has its own history and foreign objectives. Over 30 countries have indicated interest in joining BRICS.

Putin highlighted the strong and expanding cooperation between Russia and China, defined by mutual respect and equality. He rejected worries about Russia being a lesser partner, saying their commerce exceeds 200 billion. He stressed that Russia and China cooperate for global stability and do not intervene in U.S.-China ties or regional crises like Ethiopia-Egypt.

Putin emphasized Russia's support for UN Security Council-based two-state solutions for Palestine. He invited Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to the BRICS conference and said this problem should be discussed. He stressed that the Palestinian problem is complicated and needs more than economic remedies.
