A Patriot missile hit a farm in Qatar after being accidentally fired from a base used by American forces in the Gulf Arab state, Al Jazeera television said on Tuesday. "A Patriot missile landed on a farm belonging to a Qatari national after being fired by accident from the Assayliyah camp," the Doha-based satellite channel said.
The report said the missile did not cause any casualties. The Patriot system is an anti-missile system.
