Qatar renews support for Lebanon with $30 million fuel supply

Qatar has been aiding Lebanon since July 2021 with food assistance as part of its humanitarian initiative to address the country's severe economic crisis.

ALBAWABA- Qatar has reaffirmed its commitment to Lebanon by announcing a new agreement to provide the Lebanese army with $30 million worth of fuel for six months. 

The Qatar Development Fund's ongoing dedication to supporting Lebanese institutions was highlighted in the statement. 

Qatar has been aiding Lebanon since July 2021 with food assistance as part of its humanitarian initiative to address the country's severe economic crisis. 

The Lebanese Army acknowledged receiving the first installment of Qatar's financial grant and expressed gratitude for Qatar's continued assistance amid Lebanon's economic challenges.
