Quake jolts southeast Iran

An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale hit southeast Iran on Tuesday, according to the Earth Sciences Observatory in Strasbourg, France, cited by AFP. 

 

The epicenter of the quake, which took place at 1413 GMT, was located at 27. 6 degrees north latitude and 62.2 degrees east longitude, near the border with Pakistan. 

 

There were no immediate reports of damage or casualties.(Albawaba.com)
