According to IDC, IT outsourcing spend in the GCC is projected to grow by 21 per cent, to reach a total of USD 503 million in 2009. The systems integrator will train and deploy up to 100 IT personnel in its new development centre, serving as a major software and technological development and Outsourcing Centre for customers in the Middle East.
