Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak sent an envoy to meet Palestinian President Yasser Arafat Tuesday night, reported Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), quoting Israeli radio.
The radio quoted political sources as saying that deputy intelligence chief, Yossi Genosar, was sent by Barak to meet Arafat and head of the Palestinian Preventive Security Mohammed Dahlan in Gaza.
