Hugh Grant and Liz Hurley seem to have decided that they want in again, after several British newspapers caught the couple kissing during a holiday on a yacht off the coast of Sardinia, reported ABC online.
"They were clearly having a great time together and, to look at them, one would have through they were very much together," the British Daily Express tabloid quoted an onlooker as saying.
One of Britain's most glamorous celebrity couples, Hurley, 34, and Grant, 39, announced in May they had put their 13-year romance on hold.
At the time, they refused to rule out the possibility of reconciliation, with a spokeswoman for the pair saying the split was only temporary.
On the outward level, little appeared to change in the relationship. The couple continued to share a home in Chelsea, London and attend public events together. They also continued to run their production company Simian Films together.
The couple have been regular fixtures on the pages of celebrity magazines and tabloids since Hurley stole the spotlight from the floppy-haired actor at the premiere of his film Four Weddings and a Funeral in 1994 with a revealing black Versace dress held together with gold-colored safety pins.
The coverage propelled Hurley to new heights of fame, helping her win a lucrative modeling contract with cosmetics company Estee Lauder as well as starring roles in various films.
Although Grant was arrested in 1995 during an encounter with Los Angeles prostitute Divine Brown, prompting a short "cooling off" in the romance, Hurley stuck by her man and the relationship continued uninterrupted until the split in May.
Meanwhile, during the split various tabloids aimed their gossip columns at the couple stating that Hurley was already dating and that the reason behind the breakup was Hurley’s decision not to have children.
Another magazine stated that Hurely considered her sexual life with Grant as less than satisfactory—Albawaba.com.
