GCC Secretary General Abdul Rahman bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, received in the Saudi capital of Riyadh on Tuesday a letter from Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov, according to Qatar News Agency.
The letter focused on relations between Russia and the GCC states, in addition to the latest regional and international developments, the agency added. (Albawaba.com)
