ALBAWABA - In a renewed act of aggression, Russia has launched a barrage of missiles on Ukraine, deploying a total of 43 cruise missiles.
The southern city of Herson bore the brunt of the attack, with casualties numbering at least two. In response, Ukraine retaliated by launching a missile strike on the Russian-held Saki Airport in Crimea.
Once again, Russia has unleashed a missile onslaught on Ukraine. According to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, the Russian military carried out an aerial assault deploying a significant arsenal of 43 cruise missiles.

Among the primary targets was the Ukrainian capital, Kiev. The missile strikes, executed by ten Russian aircraft, resulted in 36 of the missiles being successfully intercepted and downed by Ukrainian air defense systems. Although no fatalities were reported in the attacks on Kiev, numerous individuals suffered injuries, and considerable structural damage was inflicted upon various buildings.
Another focal point of the Russian missile offensive was the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv. Russia directed its firepower at the city, deploying six S-300 missiles.
Meanwhile, in southern Ukraine, the city of Herson found itself squarely within the crosshairs of the Russian military. The missile strikes in Herson tragically led to the loss of lives.
