Dubai International Capital LLC (‘DIC’), the international investment arm of Dubai Holding, today announces that Sameer Al Ansari is now Non-Executive Chairman of the firm. He continues to be on the Board of DIC.
This change is made as Mr. Al Ansari wishes to focus on fulfilling his duties as the Chief Executive Officer of SHUAA Capital.
In addition to his role as Chairman, Mr. Al Ansari also remains on DIC’s Investment Committee and plays a key role in the overall governance of the firm. He also remains on the Boards of a number of DIC’s portfolio companies.
